I set out this semester with the goal of clicker training my cats. This did not work out the way that I wanted it to. Though, does any plan ever go the way you want? In my “failure” I have learned so much and I am grateful for the experience. When else would you get a chance to train your cats. I have learned so much more about them but also about my own patience and flexibility. These reflections are going to be so important moving forward as a teacher.
This wasn’t an inherently technological inquiry so I was a little worried at first how I was going to incorporate ed-tech into the discussion. I feel like ended up being to my benefit. I had to really challenge myself to connect it to a tech theme each week. I don’t know if I succeeded every week but it was a thought in my mind more than ever and it stretched my thinking of how tech can be used.
